I am turning invisible again. Running through the jungle into the hole. Becoming nothing. Where else can I go except into the darkness that silently curses me? When in doubt, become nothing. When my life rejects me, I become less and less until the pain leaves. I live in the cracks. I do not wait. I do not hope. I have no thoughts of breaking through to the other side. There is no other side. For me, there is only down. Down where nothing hurts. Down where nothing is cold. Down where they do not speak. I am tired of your human signal. The only sound I hear is my breathing and the scathing malice of the darkness. I am going to be executed by electrocution. I go to the chair willingly. The priest asks me if I have any last words. I shake my head no and thank him for his concern. I tell him I would like to talk to you before I die. You are brought in from behind the glass. I take your hand and put it on my heart so you can feel it beating. I whisper something in your ear. I walk back to the chair and calmly sit down. In a few moments, flames are sprouting from my head like, like, like flames sprouting from my head. I am dead. People rush over to you and ask what it was that I said but you never tell them.
